No cue. Day 3. No one is answering the phone Very disappointed

Sad the system is not working for MLB and there is no one to talk to. Last week was all the local stations for 8 hrs. The system is going downhill and that starts from the top, spend some money on customer service and keep the system working or you will not have any customers very soon.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve been with the company for a few years and it still buffers all the time. Many of the program's and channels I used to watch have been removed. The owner has called me a lier and I’m making this up even after I showed videos from my phone of the buffering. They claim to be a Christian company but doubt it. I would stay away.

CUE has been up and down as they rolled out their streaming platform then promptly changed the app’s multiple times. They continue to make some improvements but still make too many changes without keeping things users like (Series and VOD as it was when we signed up 6/2023). They added DVR and rewind which works most of the time but continue to have issues with CBS & ABC and buffering. You can get local stations from other states which is nice. Currently they appear to have lost their internet access and have been down all day. Am hoping for a credit.

Cue not working again. Called customer service and was on hold for about 15 minutes then tells me leave a message. Really??? Worst customer service and service! I have other apps and never have a problem with them. Only Cue.

I made the mistake of thinking they had resolved the problems that has caused me to drop them three other times but this time problems are worse than ever. This is an IPTV service and don’t know what their source is but I did better jail breaking a fire stick years ago. Right after I restarted my account I had issues logging in and submitted email to support and received no response. Then finally got logged in on my Apple TV app and started selecting channels for favorites which not all worked SYFY has never worked get error message. Tbs and tnt video and audio go out of sync continuously. Other channels crash and have to relaunch app. This the final straw I will never renew subscription again. And since they charge pretty much the same as stable services I will unpause my previous service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Great value, but lots of buffering and sometimes no volume on my local channels and when I try to contact cue, no response

Sadly, I had to leave Cue Streaming. It has lots of good channels, but some kid shows, like Bluey, had the beginning and ending stripped, so the shows were shortened and no titles or credits could be seen. I had many problems with movies stopping in the beginning or middle, and after many calls, I was unable to get any help. Since I couldn't watch these shows I decided I was paying for a service I was not getting.
