Cuddle ClonesReviews of cuddleclones.com

This team has a great website with lots of ideas for gifts! The item I ordered was pajamas and I received the order quickly and the quality was very good. The pajamas were imprinted with a pet's face that made them extra special and the photo was very clear on the clothing.

STILL waiting for my order to be delivered APO, AE which understandably takes longer for shipping. I ordered 4 sets of pajamas for Christmas, spending $250 including expedited delivery. I just received this response after my latest inquiry: To clarify, our Christmas delivery guarantee required selecting both: Rush Creation – Expedites the production of your order. Expedited Shipping – Ensures faster delivery after production. In your case, only Rush Creation was selected, which prioritized your order during production and ensured it was completed faster. However, because Expedited Shipping was not chosen, delivery by Christmas could not be guaranteed. Standard Shipping, which was selected, can result in longer transit times, particularly during the busy holiday season. I know this is not the best answer you were looking for, and I wish I could do more to help you with your request. What a bunch of BS! One day after ordering (Nov 29) I wrote customer service to cancel based on poor reviews and was denied saying they were in production. More BS! I will be disputing this purchase on my credit card if the quality is as bad as many have reported. Don’t waste your money on these, as cute as they appear to be!

Very long story short…I ordered two pairs of pajamas on 10/25/24. I called on 12/1/2024 because I had not received the item. I finally got the items on 12/3/2024 after a glitch with shipping was resolved. I was not happy with the quality of the photo transfer so they offered to redo them. I received the second set on 12/23/2024. The photo transfer was much improved, but the quality of the PJs was still bad. I gave them to the recipients anyway because I did not have time to buy new gifts. Both loved them, but the sizing on one set did not correspond to the size chart and PJs were 2 sizes too small. The second set did not survive washing in cold water with Woolite on the delicate cycle with air drying. I wrote a detailed email to customer service and asked for a refund fully expecting them to say no, but they didn’t. I received a refund today. Cuddle Clones is a great idea. Their products are innovative and fun, however they have quality control and sizing issues. Shipping is also a disaster because they use a cheap courier service. They don’t provide communications about the order status, either. While customer service is clearly a forte, they don’t have an 800 number. It all goes through chat and email. Frustrating. My case was assigned to a dedicated customer service rep named Manuela. She went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am grateful for her perseverance and her attention to my case. I hope Cuddle Clones can work out the glitches so they can be wildly successful. 5 stars for Manuela 5 stars for concept 1 star for shipping 1 star for quality control 3 star average

Ordered 12/2 for Christmas expected delivery date now in January

Stay away from Cuddle Clones. I canceled an order with Cuddle Clones on December 8, 2024, 4 minutes after placing the order by mistake. This cancellation was ignored. Now they have charged me for something I did not want. And I was charged for expedited shipping for an item that I did not want and has still not arrived. I wrote multiple times to their customer service canceling the order. It was ignored. This is an awful way to do business. I have posted my displeasure on Yelp and I plan to post my displeasure on any public website where this company is evaluated. Do not do business with this company.

I paid 29.99 for expedited shipping and my order said Shipping (Expedited - Guaranteed by Christmas) It is 12/30 and I still don’t have my items. I am told by customer service that I needed to also check the holiday rush box and they understand this might not have been clear. Seems to me that guaranteed by Christmas is very clear. A waste of money for expedited shipping.

I wrote a 3 star review on their site, it has never appeared. They butchered the picture of my dog. The top of his head, his ears and half his tongue are missing. I only gave it 3 stars because at least the pj’s appear to be a decent quality. Update to add that I submitted a complaint to the website as the reply suggested on Dec 30th. Today is Jan 7th and there has been no reply. 2nd update finally received a reply on Jan 11th and they are going to remake the pj’s. Not updating stars until replacement received. Final update - replacement pj’s received February 4th and they are 1000% better than the original pair. I am chasing my review to four stars because although their response was slow they did respond and corrected their error.

Ordered dec 6, rush shipping. They ignored my continued attempts to contact them until the 23rd when they said it must be delayed. It was intended for grandpaw Christmas gift. On the 29th they said to try contacting the shipper and sent more information that showed they did not even ship it until the 26th. I asked for a refund since I didn’t receive on time or at least a partial since they didn’t follow the paid rush shipping. Denied. Horrible quality product. Zero customer service.
