I believe these reviews would be more appropriate when the product has been received and photo of the product be provided of end result to view to the buyer. My Cuddle Clone purchase will be sent to another so I won't be seeing it. Looking forward to seeing end result of Cuddle Clone. Will provide updated review when my purchase is completed and Cuddle Clone viewed.

Very poor customer service
I entered an incorrect address for an expensive order. I immediately sent an email to correct it because there is NO phone number for customer support. It took them SEVENTEEN days to respond to my email, and of course by then, the order had gone out to the incorrect address. The response I received was to go to that address to pick it up. Well, that won't work because it's an apartment building in a city. This was a gift, and I have no hope of my granddaughter receiving it. I will NEVER order from them again!

To remember our beloved pup years from now:
I ordered our Cuddle Clone for Christmas but due to heavy demand it didn’t arrive on time. I asked several times when it would be delivered and your response was immediate. I understand the delays. As for my clone: My mini-Bichon is smaller than I expected and does not look exactly like my pet. A couple of comments - the spray painted mouth over-sprayed onto the “chin”. I tried trimming the black painted hair but it still isn’t quite right. Plus, the nose is crooked and one front leg is shorter than the other so it sits crooked. I understand that he could not be made exact and I guess I have unrealistic expectations, but I’m getting more used to it. I sent pics of it to family and they all thought it was another live pup. I’m beginning to appreciate the beauty of my clone now and the artistic ability involved in creating him. I’m very glad I got him and would never send him back. My criticism is not meant to insult the workmanship displayed or the obvious talent involved in his creation.
