I haven’t gotten my cuddle clone yet…
I haven’t gotten my cuddle clone yet they are still working on her but this process has been simple and the response and questions from customer service about the tiniest details to make my clone look just like my late pet Crystal have made me so excited about receiving her in the mail . Customer service is excellent !!!

Great customer and so helpful
When I first contacted them for more information they were so kind and answered all my questions. Thwy helped me every step of the way. I cant wait for the plush to be in my sons hands as he lost his dogs 2 mths ago. Truly a great experience anf wonderful keep sake to have.

Very pleased
I sent an email 10 days after I placed my order asking for a status update and received a quick response and a couple days later my order arrived. I absolutely love the pajama pants I ordered for my husband and I might have to order a pair for myself!

The customer service is so very helpful. The website is so easy to navigate and the pictures are very easy to upload. They really care about the customer.
