The good and the bad
Well your ads of your products are very well made. I went into this this feeling like I was purchasing a near replica of my late loved pet. I receive my product promptly and satisfied. The detail of my product not so satisfying, but for you to allow me an option have it altered or refunded is pretty amazing. More companies need to put more effort into making sure their customers are satisfied as much your company does. These gifts are very sensitive and very personal due to the nature of the gift in some cases. I feel like more attention to detail could go a long way especially for the cost as well. I was still happy with my experience. Thank you.
