My 11year old daughter saved her money up to get herself a cuddle clone, after we lost our German shepherd khan to a sudden stroke at 2.5 they were inseparable, she sleeps with her cuddle clone and cannot believe the likeness it is to our king, such amazing quality sadly we lost khans brother kovu to old age 12 weeks after we lost him so we are saving up to get one of him too I cannot recommend these enough my daughter still has a big fluffy boy to cuddle every day

Very bad quality fur. Head of dog is too big for body as are the paws. There isn’t enough fur to cover ears ( my dog had black fur covering her ears) and this fur is so thin you can see the white background of the material. Really very very disappointed. This company is Taking advantage of peoples grief by charging a lot of money for a huge disappointment The fur (which feels horrible to touch therefore not nice to cuddle ) is very cheap and comes out when you touch it. I’m very upset about it.

I ordered a cuddle clone the day after my dog passed. He was 13 with a thyroid condition, I loved him unconditionally every day. He slept with me since I was a baby. Yes I did pay to expedite the shipping but you can find sales online to kinda offset that. In any case the clone is beautiful and now I can sleep again.

Don't fall for the pretty pictures from the internet!! Reality is different! You paid a lot for a very bad product. And there is no neat solution!! I feel cheated and very angry!!!!!!!!!!

My fur baby of 17 years passed away in August 2021, & I was devastated. She was a dog, but way more than that, she saved me during some very dark times in my life Needless to say, I am still grieving. I tried purchasing a Petsie - that was a total bust. The Petsie I received looked nothing like my "Tink", they refused to do anything about fixing the issues. That was a costly mistake. I heard about CuddleClones and the reviews I read were encouraging. The pricey Clone I purchased & received looked more like Tink, but the coloring was way off. They agreed to a remake, and I sent it back Feb. 1st 2023. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to complete & send back. It's Ben almost 12 weeks, and they won't return email messages 😢 I guess this is a total bust also. Don't buy a CuddleClone is my advice!

Cuddle Clones kept me informed at every stage of the process, letting me know when they needed a different photo for the finished article to be effective, right through to when the products were in production and shipped. The customer service staff have been great and we are happy with the end results.

It has been over 4 months since I placed my order, & I STILL don't have my completed order. On January 20th I expressed my desire for a remake and sent multiple emails in an effort to provide the Cuddle Clones team with descriptions and photos of the ways in which the originally delivered product failed to capture my dog at the same level of quality and detail advertised on their website (even after I had provided an additional 14 images when I placed my order to ensure maximum accuracy). Thus, in actuality, this remake process has now taken a total of over 2 months, and will likely take another 1-2 months. I emailed on February 22, February 27, March 15th, and March 21st to confirm they received the plush for remake and to get status updates. Their team confirmed receipt of the plush and commencement of the remake process. However, I on March 23rd I was told that over the previous 5 weeks nothing has been done, no one reached out to me to notify me of any delays or issues which would cause a delay, and instead was told it could take another 5-6 weeks before I receive the remake back. Instead of recognizing the opportunity to uphold the high standards of quality and detail they advertise on their website, they tried to simply offer a refund and wash their hands of the failure. I refused the refund, as my service dog had recently passed away and it was important to me to commemorate our bond & 10+ year friendship by having the product I was advertised and already paid for. As you read this, you may also be wondering why there are so few negative reviews... That would be because the company uses the customer satisfaction email to filters negative reviews directing those who indicate intent to leave a negative review through to an alternative submittal form. In order to leave an HONEST review, I have to indicate I intended to leave a positive review so that I would be directed to the sites where the reviews are actually visible.
