Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. I purchased a clone stuffed toy as a gift for my sister, as her senior dog passed away. And I thought this is the best gift. I feel devastated because I paid more than $300 for this and non refundable rush production so it will be here on time for her birthday. It came after one month and the result was still disappointing. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Last Sunday I received my order from cuddle clones. The day after Shelbi died I was so lost. It was like a piece of me died. I've had her almost 16 years. I went to sit down on the couch like I always did. She wasn't there waiting like always. I even made a pillow I folded to lay my arm on.. As I sat there crying I started looking up stuffed animals. I came upon this site called cuddle clones. Where they make a clone of your animals any kind. So I took a risk spent almost $300 on the chance it would look like her. Sent pictures side shots this and that. Took a month and she came home. I know it's not her. And to each it's own. But I wanted this. And she turned out amazing. Thank you so much. Absolutely beautiful

I regret having ordered a Cuddle Clone of my small 15-pound Maltese dog who died in December 2022. I ordered the clone in February and received my Cuddle Clone in April 2023. The Cuddle Clone head was the size of my dog's and the face was adorable, and a very good reproduction of my dog, but the body was shockingly tiny in relation to the head. The clone body was nowhere near the size of my 15-pound beloved dog, was incredibly small and appeared to be attached as an afterthought. The rear legs were tiny things that had no structure, more like paws merged into a very tiny body rather than fully formed legs. I thought that this just had to be a mistake on the part of the creator of the clone. So, I decided to take up the company's offer to request a remake.   I had communicated in email with the dedicated Cuddle Clones Customer Care Representative about my disappointment in the size of the dog clone body. The representative noted the company policy that you may have just one remake and if you choose to have a remake there would be no refunds or remakes after that. I asked if they would redo the existing clone, keeping the good parts, but was informed that my clone would be donated somewhere and the second clone would be a total remake and not necessarily with the same person who created the first clone. As noted on the website, they would kindly redo and follow very specific instructions to be sure it was a better match. I believed the second clone would be an improvement, so proceeded with the process. I provided both written descriptions and photos of each part of the clone in relation to photos of my dog to show specific details for the remake request. I ordered the remake in May and received it in July 2023. Upon receiving the second clone, it seems none of my detailed information was considered. My second Cuddle Clone is even less like my dog than the first one. I had spent several hours to be sure to carefully describe what was good about the first clone and what improvements I would like for the remake. The head was now changed to be very different from the first one and bigger, when I had noted the first clone did have a perfect head, ears, and face. The body fur was changed into a straight wispy consistency whereas I had described the first clone's fur as exactly like my dog's fur, just needing to be a half inch longer. The redone cuddle body is bigger, as requested, but so is the head bigger when it did not need to be. The clone rear legs are not dog legs at all, again, just an afterthought of little paws attached to the body, just like the first clone. The request for the tail to be shorter, 4" long, and have wire to pose it was not built into the second clone, the tail was too long, just like the first clone and no wire was inserted to pose the tail even though I had requested it.   Now, when I see the Cuddle Clone of my dog, not only do I feel sad for missing him, but I feel like a fool to have bought the Cuddle Clone.

The quality and attention to detail is so wonderful with Cuddle Clones. I was in complete awe when I opened the package.

Do not buy from this company. I sent back a clone of my betta fish to have color changes what I got got back a poorly sewn and stitched plush that not only didn't resemble my deceased pet but didn't resemble a betta. It was missing its top lip, the bottom fin was partially seen and left hanging almost past its head and the stitching on the bottom was so poor that they made 3 stitch lines one of which ran along the plushes side. The poor stitching on the bottom twisted the tail horizontally instead of vertically. I sent pictures of the obvious mistakes. I was told the colors were corrected and I didn't specify that I wanted obvious anatomy so they weren't at fault or obligated to help. They told me the work done was on the original clone when I called them out and sent pictures of 2 obviously different clones I was told that they didn't have that information available even though in the previous correspondence they told me for a fact that only one clone was made. I spent 1100 dollars with this company and to be treated in such a way is flat out unacceptable. I sent the clone back and told them to donate it to a shelter as a chew toy. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Cuddle Clones.

Update: the company responded and sent a shipping label so they can attempt to fix his face. Just sent it back this morning. Hopefully they do a better job! If they don’t do a better job I’m stuck with how it comes out. No refunds after this. The cuddle clone of my Shih Tzu does not look like his face at all. I contacted them through their email address and their Facebook page. No acknowledgment or comment at all!! I sent them pictures of the clone and my dog so they can clearly see they do not match! I wish I read these reviews before I purchased it.

Cuddle Clones is a company that cares. Their customer service is exemplary. And they understand the connection between people and their pets; and treat it with the upmost importance and care. The customer truly feels like they matter. And that sets them apart from the rest.
