The customer service at cuddle clones is the best I’ve ever experienced. They take the satisfaction guarantee very seriously. The first cuddle clone I received was not exactly to my liking and I was given the option of doing the alteration process or returning it and ordering another one. I worked with one customer service representative, Marvin through the whole process. He was so understanding, gave me great advice, and was in constant communication by email. Even though I wasn’t satisfied with the first product, i was so thrilled with the customer service, that I ordered another one as soon as my refund was processed. With the second cuddle clone, I labeled each uploaded picture with the characteristic and/or size of the feature that was represented by that picture so I’m hoping that the next one will be perfect. I’ve been raving about the company’s customer service to my friends and I can’t wait to get my new cuddle clone.

My two cuddle clones turned out perfect and better than I could’ve ever imagined. The detail that they put into these amazing little gifts is so seen. It feels like I have my babies here with me every day. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that has a friend that is grieving or even if you were sad and you feel like getting through the day is looking at pictures of your little fur babies, this is 10000% amazing. I make my bed everyday and place them there and I don’t feel like they are so far away.

Manuela was the person that helped me at such a sad time for us and to get our boy Buddy’s clone as soon as possible. Cuddle clones asked a number of questions and for favorite pics to help them get his look as closely as they can. I’m excited to see my boy again soon.

The pictures that I sent for my fur gran-baby were the cutest. I asked about one specifically and you guys nailed it. When the package came I am so very pleased, it is so life like. I know my daughter is going to be so pleased, you hit it out of the ball park. right down to his white toes.

Great experience the whole way thru . I was skeptical about ordering a cuddle clone at first so I just ordered the socks and everything turned out great and in a timely manner. My second order was a Bobble head and it was perfectly created and I was guided so well of the detailing process and working together on it. After much thought and deciding how I’d like the Cuddle clone made took a little time to search through my dogs best photos with all of the specific details of markings , colorings , positions , sizes and characters that would in the end , make this a perfect clone . Just a wonderful experience the whole way through and highly recommend !

I had Recently lost my precious Lola (my dog) of 18 years. She meant everything to me. I searched online to find any info about dealing with the lost of your pet. After sending some pictures of my dog & letting them know that she had passed away they sent me an email that was very sweet & caring. Even during the process of them designing her they asked for more pictures so they can be more detailed. They always kept me up to date with the process of Lola. It took about 5-6 weeks i believe to get her & when I opened the package i was overcome with emotions. She looked almost exactly like her. I have had her for about a week now & what they did for me & my family has helped tremendously with the pain & grief we have felt without her. I highly recommend anyone that has lost a pet to get a stuff one that resembles your pet & get it from "Cuddle Clones". They are by far the best!
