Hi Charles! We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. For domestic orders, shipping time normally takes 7-10 business days to deliver, however, for orders in Hawaii estimated delivery can take up to 30-45 business days to deliver. Besides, due to the current situation, carriers not operating at 100%, and an increase in orders, shipping process usually delays. We hope to have your understanding for this unexpected situation and kindly give the shipping company more time to deliver your package. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC

Hi! We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. Your package was returned because you provided the wrong recipient address. And the shipping carriers did not notify us about the returned packages, so we couldn't inform you sooner. Our phone number is available for SMS only so we cannot receive calls. In this case, we see that you contacted us on Saturday so please allow additional days as we do not work at the weekend. However, our team has contacted you on the next working day to explain the situation and sent you a replacement. Please kindly check your email inbox or in Spam to see if the emails are there and reply to us. We'd love to assist you to the fullest. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC

Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. As we mentioned in our last correspondence, there was a delay in canvases production. Because our team had difficulties in importing wood for the back of the canvas, unfortunately, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, we have done with this and can ensure the fulfillment time from now on. We sent you an email but didn't hear back. Please kindly check your email inbox and reply to us so we can assist you to the fullest. Sincerely, CubeBik LLC.
