Regarding your expedited order, we see that you placed the order on Oct 10th and the package arrives on Oct 20th. Our orders typically require 3-5 working days of production before shipping. Then, Expedited shipping takes 3-8 business days. Therefore, we believe it arrived on time as stated on the shipping information page. And some customers feedback to us that Australia Customs hold international packages within 1-2 weeks for no reason. So customers receive their orders later than expected. We always do our best to make sure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, we are sometimes at the mercy of the Shipping carrier.
