CSC ServiceWorksReviews of cscsw.com

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Broken machines at 2 properties for over a month. Complained on the Facebook page and my comments were deleted. Service operator just gives you the runaround and straight up lie to you.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience in every way possible. Our machines have issues that we called for them to fix, but the machine IDs weren't in the system. We call probably 7 times over 2-3 months and explain the situation, they tell us they'll send someone, no one ever shows. I push for them to send me a confirmation receipt, they put a random address in Texas (we're in California) so basically making fake tickets. I call again to hopefully explain the situation to customer service, but she starts trying to explain things that don't make sense so I try to reason with her, but might as well have tried another language because when I asked her to send someone to look at the machines, she made a big sigh and hung up.

Machines have been down most of the last three months because the coin boxes are full, including a solid three week stretch. We have called and left messages, email and snail mail and nobody has gotten back to us. To make matters worse, the have the nerve to raise the rates by 250%. Trying to get management to go with another provider.

Appliance Warehouse turned what should have been a simple repair into an exhausting customer service nightmare. Immediately after their technicians serviced my rented washer/dryer, I discovered the dryer outlet cover had been pulled off the wall, broken pieces were hidden inside my water heater bin, and the outlet area was left exposed. Instead of taking accountability or sending someone to quickly correct the issue, I spent hours making phone calls, being transferred between departments, sent to voicemail, and told they were “waiting on an email response.” One representative even hung up on me while I was simply trying to report the concern. The most frustrating part is this likely could have been fixed in minutes if someone had just handled it professionally from the start. This was less than a three-dollar outlet cover that I easily could have replaced myself on my own time and dime, but someone needs to be held accountable for the careless bullshit and lack of professionalism. Instead, I had to involve apartment management, document everything with photos, and file a damage claim over something their technicians caused during service. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible communication.

Betrug.....Geld ist weg und Maschine funktioniert nicht!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My apartments have had used CSC for about six years now for laundry services, and during this entire time, there have never been more than four working machines out of 20. Many are very obviously and visibly damaged. They never get serviced no matter how many times it’s reported. I live across from our laundry facilities, and once I did see a mechanic show up in a CSC van. He then sat in his van for an hour on his phone without once ever getting out of the van before driving away. They’re slow to issue refunds, and you can’t request another refund until the previous one goes through. I normally use an outside laundromat, but I work odd hours and sometimes have to use the apartment facilities. Tonight I spent three hours doing one load of laundry due to machines that are in operation but not working (no spin cycle on one washer, no heat in the dryer). And then they had the gall to almost double the laundry fees a few months ago.

Machines malfunction often, they replaced preloaded cards with QR codes but haven't refunded money I put onto the laundry cards. Take your money elsewhere!!

Well once again CSC has pushed it too far. This is the worst company I have ever seen and I don't know how they continue to be in business. Most of the time the machines do not work and as an employee of the apartment complex it is very frustrating to have to wait so long for anyone to fix anything. They raise their prices by at least 50 cents almost every damn time they come out here. Their machines are poorly maintained and they make your clothes smell. If you are a property manager of any kind I implore you never to use this company. You will be disappointed and your residence will be disappointed, I think this company needs to be put out of business let alone Be merging with anyone. The worst part about all of this is that no one is supposed to raise prices per the contract without management approval. Yet they just continue to errantly raise prices in direct violation of the contract. As an employee of the apartment complex I'm going to do everything I can to try to convince the management to get rid of this company and just buy our own machines that we can make money on. This place is a joke
