I paid for a wash cycle and changed from normal to deluxe wash cycle and system said I only paid for normal and cost was $.25 cents to .50 cents more which is fine but when went to pay extra .25 cents I couldn’t and I was told needed to pay all over again . Called the company and they said it was user error even though this isn’t specified anywhere! They wouldn’t refund my money terrible service .

For the longest time I would add more money than needed assuming it would be there when I needed it only to find out they take the money you do not use ! Look at your balance and you’ll see easily tons of money they take

Repairs are not done in a timely fashion. Days of waiting for repairs. New system of running machines through an app is horrible! I have 3 emails and gave them ONLY ONE! Yet they got INTO MY CELL PHONE and found the other two emails and used them! Showing I had zero money in the account (wallet). This has happened 3 times to me! Then trying to do Landry on a weekend and had problems so I called and there is no help on weekends! I’m DONE! Finally got ahold of someone during the week day told them the problem. Asked how they got those other two emails and she didn’t know how. Again, THEY GOT INTO MY PHONE! Asked for ALL my money back and put into my bank account. I have to wait 7 to 10 business days. I’ll be waiting and watching. She couldn’t tell me if I deleted the app if I can still use the machines when I’m using my bank card which takes a bit to go through all the steps to connect. I give them a big fat ZERO!!!

There machines work, and if not, they fix the promptly. Always good at refund if necessary. Keep up the good work.

Machines are constantly breaking down or working improperly. The same machines repeatedly have the same problems. The residents in my rental apartment building (about 85 units) petitioned the landlord/property manager for new machines (and, ideally, a new service provider). So far, no changes. I do more handwashing, and now that dryer #3 transmitted a chemical burning smell to my laundry for a second time, I will line dry my sheets.

Machines are constantly needing repairs! I live in condo serviced by CSC! The new machines they put in already are having breakdowns! Calls to CSc go unanswered or to AI answer! Takes over month for repairs! People should think twice before using this outfit! Currently, soap dispenser just fell off.

I would give zero stars if I could! My complex has had multiple washers out for months, the one in my unit started smoking twice, once after it had been allegedly fixed? That was two months ago, our local rep won't answer calls and the helpline people actively lied to me!

Purchased a Wascomat Encore washer (WHLFP715M) through Super Laundry/CSC ServiceWorks. The machine arrived missing the coin plate entirely — making it completely non-operational — and with the wrong coin box (72199-XD delivered vs 72101-XD quoted). This is documented on their own paperwork: the picking list shows a different part number than the signed quote. I have made repeated attempts to reach anyone at the company. Complete silence. No callback, no email response, nothing. A $2,600+ machine sitting useless while I lose revenue every day. Had to research and source the missing parts myself, pay out of pocket, and spend hours tracking down part numbers they should have delivered in the first place. This isn't a minor shipping error. This is a supplier that took COD payment, delivered incomplete equipment with documented discrepancies between the quote and picking list, and then became completely unreachable. If you are a laundromat owner considering purchasing equipment through Super Laundry or CSC ServiceWorks — buy elsewhere. Their responsiveness ends the moment they have your money.
