I expected to receive O-rings with my 3…
I expected to receive O-rings with my 3 filter combo pack but didn't receive them. Perhaps I should of asked but there was no field available.

5-star arsenic filter
The filter arrived quickly (even ahead of schedule)! We installed the filter in our basement on the water line that runs to our refrigerator. (Installation should be done by a plumber, or someone with extensive plumbing experience.) We followed the instructions and ran the refrigerator’s water dispenser for 10 minutes after installation. At-home arsenic testing showed a significant reduction in arsenic to a safe (almost undetectable) level! I’m thrilled to be able to use water and ice from our refrigerator after a year of purchasing bottled water and bagged ice! This filter will pay for itself within about 2 months in our household.

Still a satisfied customer

Something was missing from my order but…

I get fast delivery
I get fast delivery. I wish I can get the sink version where it sit on the counter. I love the product I got but I would love to change. Customer service is always great.
