I've been ordering through Crystal Plus for about 4 years now and they've never let me down. This time was no different. it's a apleasure doing business with them!.

Great quality product. I was more than impressed with the finished product. Team was so helpful and accommodating both online and when I needed to call if I wasn't sure of something. The perfect experience especially when doing something a little complicated for the first time online.

I ordered two of the small crystal globes with pyramid bases for employees who were leaving. They are the right size for a cubical. Not too big to interfere with the workspace, but large enough to be noticed. I selected custom engraving to have three lines of text instead of a logo and two lines. I placed the order late on a Saturday night and received the proof at noon on Monday; my order was shipped two days later. They arrived securely packaged, and were just as described.

I ordered two different items. They both are great. I wish I could have seen a proof before paying. It would be nice if their web site permitted the actual item imprinted before having to pay. I like both items, but I had to wait until they arrived to see how they looked. If I didn't like them, I don't think I could have returned either one. The only reason I chose this company was due to the unique design of one of the items that was not available anywhere else.

First time using this vendor. Very thorough communication on order status and delivery, solid performance. Will use again.

The product and service was outstanding.

I just received three more awards prepared by CrystalPlus and we are very pleased with the quality. The ordering process was very easy and the customer service was excellent. We received our proof via email very quickly and once approved the production went smoothly. We are very pleased with CrystalPlus and will continue to do business with this fine company.

Shipping was fast. Packaging of product in the boxes as well as their individual boxes was well done. Really nice pieces, looks just as it does on the website. Complimentary wiping clothes is also a nice addition.
