I am absolutely delighted to have ordered a special Crystal Apple reward for our school's principal from Crystal Apple. The design, lettering were flawless and completed when requested. Had questions did a chat conversation had quick responses. I placed the order and quickly had confirmation. I emailed a question and within minutes had an answer. I had the trophy shipped directly to who was to receive it and the feed back was "It looks GREAT!". Once order was placed the anticipated delivery date was sent to me and it arrived on that day. I have since ordered a few more of the same trophy and had questions and placed the orders. They called me within minutes asking if I accidently duplicated the order. CrystalPlus.com (or more accurately, its employees) did a fantastic job for me. I ordered a glass award on Thursday that needed custom engraving for delivery at an event the following Wednesday. I used the online chat function to communicate with the company to ensure what needed to be done and the timing for each action. They had a proof back to me within an hour and the award was engraved and shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday morning. The recipient, a state representative who had sponsored and secured passage of important suicide awareness and prevention legislation, was very pleased to receive the award.

The clock that I ordered for my Son and his wife was beautiful. It came very fast and we were so pleased how great it looked.
