CrystalPlus.comReviews of crystalplus.com

My girlfriend loved the nameplate I bought her for her new office and I loved the customer service. I will highly recommend using Crystal Plus to family and friends.

I used the chat feature and spoke to a sales person and both were very helpful in finding my order order and placing the new one. The approval process went like a breeze. I had mock ups back in 20 minutes. The pieces look amazing.

Frankly, my expectations were exceeded. I am extremely satisfied with the as promised delivery, the custom engraved workmanship, as well as the quality of the pilsner glass. I am already planning my next order!

Ordered the orefor's bowl for my daughters 15th wedding anniversary. It surpassed my expectations and is a time piece they are very excited about. Would definetly recommend CrystalPlus for their excellent workmanship.

Was impressed by the quick turnaround and wide selection of glasses to choose from. Our wedding Waterford crystal toasting glasses were packaged extremely well and our personalized logo came out perfectly. Thank you for the easy ordering process and clear communication. Everything was perfect which took stress off of this part of our wedding planning.

I have bought two items from this company and I have been more than happy with the service and delivery. Quick turnaround and attentive staff makes all the difference.

I am very happy with my project. I gave a wedding ring holder to my good friend and the engraving was done perfectly!

I never write reviews but I feel I must for CrystalPlus.com. I have been a business owner for over 40 years and have bought many corporate gifts. My experience with CrystalPlus.com was the most rewarding opportunity to build a custom desk paperweight with an accompanying coaster set for a gift. The customer service was outstanding as well as the details in follow ups
