We needed to order clocks from CystalPlus on a rush job in order to present the clocks to a few special clients during an upcoming Client Conference. We had limited time and only a few days before the conference. We spoke to Ann who was extremely patient, cooperative and provided guidance and assistance during the ordering process. I had my doubts that CrystalPlus could deliver the product on time but we still went ahead with the order. Ann pushed the order thru and monitored the production process. The clocks were delivered a day earlier than we expected. Kudos to CrystalPlus and to Ann. We will continue to use CrystalPlus for future business.
