Love precise deadlines for amazing results

One of the awards that I purchased for my company arrived with a misspelled name, which I brought up with CrystalPlus. The service technician was very helpful in providing a quick response and even sourced the error, which they immediately resolved. We received our replacement in 48 hours with complete instructions on how to return the misspelled award with the enclosed shipping label. Everything came right when we needed it! Very attentive, and very good service. Full disclosure: my company is located within 20 miles of the shipping warehouse that CrystalPlus uses, which may have lended a hand in the immediate response.

My item shouted very quickly and was more beautiful in person than I imagined. Thank you so much, I will recommend this company.

We just love the golf trophy that was made for our grandson, David... It was an awesome job... I would highly recommend their site to anyone needing this type of thing.

You guys did an amazing job making a custom hockey paper weight for me.

Looks good! Exactly what I ordered

I don't usually bother with reviews, however when asked to review CrystalPlus, I felt I must participate. The website was easy to navigate, I thought the pricing was fair, the selection is fantastic, the whole process was fast and easy. I received my order quickly and am ecstatic with how my order turned out. Would I recommend this company and it's products? YES!
