This was a last minute plaque needed for a retirement party in a week and it was during a Holiday week. To my shock & surprise and absolute JOY, they not only made the deadline for me, the product was beyond beautiful! They make sure everything is correct before you give them the go ahead to start engraving so there are no errors. EXCELLENT experience!!!

This is the 3rd time that we have ordered from you for a retirement gift and each and every time the service was without par; the Crystal Freedom Eagle Award is absolutely beautiful; well packaged and the delivery is always just as agreed to. I highly recommend you to everyone! [just one side note however - in your opinion matters email you ask me to enjoy 20% off but the 20% off expired on 12/31/15 - will it be renewed?]

Top Notch Experience. I submitted my order about 9 days before my event. A few hours later, I was contacted by Anh, a Customer Service Representative that let me know exactly what I needed to do to get my order completed and shipped in time. There was no "we can't do this". Amazing, I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Beautiful work!
