Service was prompt and attentive. My personalized etching was beautifully rendered on my bud vase. Vase quality even more wonderful that I had imagined. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect!!

We requested proofs before ordering and received them. Service was great, production and shipping were fast. We're very happy with the two customized crystal vases we ordered as thank you gifts for outgoing board members.

Very sophisticated looking piece and good quality. We are excited to present it to our honoree.

The customer service was great. They delivered everything they promised. Product was perfect. Great communication! Would definitely order from them again.

The staff was prompt, helpful and easy to work with. The trophy is great quality and really impressive. I would recommend Crystal Plus to anyone.

The items I order were complete in a very excellent timely matter and was delivered as promised. The design/art work on the glasses were even better than I thought they we be. I would diffidently recommend Crystal Plus to any company or and wedding planner.

I ordered two different styles and had them monogrammed. Looking forward to Christmas. Nice glasses, monogramming done beautifully. Highly recommend. Quick service, more than ample packaging. RJC

Ordered easily - lots of alternatives - an easy process - and the glasses were delivered on time.
