We are very pleased with the award we ordered. We only wish the image of the hands playing a piano were more clearly etched. If you didn't know what it was meant to be, you wouldn't know what it is. Yes, we sent the image and in the proof it all looked great, but once we got the final product, the image wasn't clear. With that being said, the award is very nice, it makes a great statement.

It was a good first experience for me. Response was quick, they forgot to ship the stands but Fed Ex'ed them out immediately.

The actual awards are very nice and heavy duty. The box they came in was sort of falling apart on two of them and I wish the branding on the outside of the box wasn't there. Since it's not perfectly aligned it a bother but other than that it is a nice presentation piece.

The glass was very nice. Could have been a little heavier on the bottom. But I was satisfied.

I ordered a heart shaped crystal for one of my husband's co worker. I liked it but my husband didn't like it. It didn't came out the way he expected. It doesn't have a stand so we bought a stand to make it look better. Thank you though the heart was durable. It dropped 2 and didn't break. The costumer service is awesome.. the shipping and handling fee is too way expensive for us ( next day shipping-pm) But it came right on time.

The items to choose from are numerous I think that I have had the same issue 3 times after sending engraving and then need to make a change, I end up having to call or chat as the art department never gets the change - even though I submit the changes (just a little annoyance) but everything has always worked out well
