We recently ordered a customized clock. The website is great to upload your own artwork and customize the text you want to add. After approving the proof, we realized that there was a mistake in the text. We called customer support and they were able to coordinate with the production unit to get the text corrected and still ship the item on time. Great overall experience and would recommend to anyone.

I was looking for a beautiful and unique gift, and happened upon their website. After a little hesitation, I tried it. Had a question while placing order online, but a quick call answered it. Then after I got the preview, I called again, and a very nice and knowledgeable person helped me make it even better. End result: I love the crystal dish so much I would keep it if it didn't have my friends' name engraved on it.

Ordered a wine decanter for a retirement celebration. CrystalPlus produced and delivered the wine decanter ahead of schedule. We had the waiter serve the first bottle in the decanter and waited for the recipient to realize it was a gift. It was very well received.

I had a great experience working with the employees. They even called me the day my proof approval was due. they message had gotten stuck in my email and I didn't notice. rather than allowing it to be late, they called me to followup, and I was able to approve the artwork and get it on time. that was great customer service....i didn't know what I was missing in my email, and they took the initiative to make sure the job got done
