Beautiful set of engraved flutes.
A few things I liked, first of all you sending me a copy of the engraving orders to make sure everything was correct. The shipping time was exactly as your rep said it would be. Your rep was very nice and she was very clear and easy to understand. I thought the shipping price was a little high for standard shipping however she applied a coupon to the order which brought the price down to a reasonable amount. My wife who received the flutes was very impressed with them. Next time we want to get more Waterford we will be back with your company.

We ordered plaques for our customer service week. They are to Thank! our data management & accounts receivable for the assistance they give us. The Plaques look Great! My boss is impressed. I gave my Boss the discount card that was in the shipping carton. Now you can order more.
