First time I ordered from this company and had lots of questions. When speaking to Customer Service, I was walked through the entire process, step by step. When I was finished with my product, she made me review everything step by step to insure everything was correct. When changes were to be made, no questions asked, just did what I asked them to do. When I received my product, it was what I wanted,in perfect condition and the perfect gift.

You (others who want to order) can trust these reviews. I read the reviews and felt confident that the gavel and base would come in just perfect and it did! This is an elegant piece that I know will be cherished by the recipient! Thanks CrystalPlus for the exceptional work!

I order 6 custom whisky glasses for my groomsman and myself. The order was completed within an incredibly reasonable time frame. Each glass came boxed, wrapped in paper, then wrapped in bubble wrap, and wrapped again in plastic wrap. The items were exactly what I hoped for. Excellent automated service process ensured everything was proper before inscriptions were made. Overall, I am 100% satisfied!
