Very good quality photo frame, good customer service. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

I searche for a while online to have some glassware engraved, and most sites either had huge setup fees, or jus didn't have quality of glassware I was looking for. CrystalPlus was perfect. They were super fast! Also let me re-send my design once when after receiving mockup I realized I didn't space it correctly. Glasses came nicely packaged and look fantastic!

An experience I truly enjoyed. The product as exactly as described. Well done!

Ordering was easy and the processing to delivery time was short. Product wa sas promised and of good quality.

Everything about my order was a positive experience, from the website (ease of use) to the variety available (many options in the category I wanted) to the proofing system, the speed and of course the pricing. I highly recommend this company!

Don't write reviews normally - but I must say that this is some of the best work and customer service I have ever seen. I had designed a very different glass engraved award. They were very fast in sending the proof, made a couple of minor changes, got it approved and in a couple of days I had the finished product. The item was perfect! and the packaging was impressive as well. I will be back. Nice job!

My order was for a special occasion. Glasses etched for a 25th anniversary. They were beautiful quality and the artwork was perfection. I received them in less than a week, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend CrystalPlus!!

This was our organization's first online award purchase. The design and ordering process was intuitive and easy to navigate. From start to delivery-- including one revision--just a week. The Optical Crystal Tower is wonderfully crafted and the custom engraving exactly as intended. The recipient will be truly honored.
