I am very dissatisfied with Crypto Loko Casino, as I had to wait for 2 hours for my deposit to be processed. Thankfully.

When you see crypto in the name you think that the crytpo transaction would be instant, Well you are in the wrong place they hodl your crypto like its some treasure I would hardly pass this casino ! I'm going to visit chilistakes instead, heard they do crypto instant not like here!

They claim fast withdrawals but it’s a scam. I submitted my KYC and then they tell me it’s going to be 10 DAYS via Bitcoin withdrawal! I reached out countless times via chat and email and it’s always a short generic response. They can’t give me the reason for the prolonged wait. It’s nothing more than them wanting you to cancel the withdrawal and play it all back! This casino is a scam and I don’t recommend playing here!

I don't believe my last issue was resolved properly

No instant payout, Ive been waiting days, and given several reasons why. There is such an inconsistency amongst the customer service reps, the lack of communication amongst there network is repulsive. Each agent has a different reasoning or answer to my question all resulting in no solution.
