Awesome could use with a bit better net but licked it

BEWARE!!! I have screenshot confirmation of everything I am claiming here. This casino can (and will) change terms at any time, and you are left helpless, except to leave bad reviews. I won 2 jackpots while using EL LOKO coupon with NO MAX payout. They paid out $2000 of my $16,500 winnings in about a day, as the ads claim. I requested another withdrawal, and 7 days later, a “manager approved withdrawal” took $14,017 away from my balance. They now claim a 26X max cash out for that coupon. When I sent the agent a picture of my original coupon, he agreed with what it said - NO MAX PAYOUT - then he went away for about 5 minutes. When he came back on the chat he says that CryptoLoko has the right to change terms at any time, and that my max payout would only be 26X, not no limit, as was the original agreement when I deposited to my account. This amounted to only another $1430, which they say will be paid in 7-10 days. Only time will tell if I actually receive it. If you play CryptoLoko, which I don’t recommend, please understand they will probably do this to you, as well, if you win. Stay far away from their promotional coupons. They can and will retroactively change them and not honor your wins. These are very unethical people running this operation. I still profited and took money from them, but I’ll never play there again. They shorted me over $14,000 of legitimate winnings. EDIT: I have responded to CryptoLoko’s request for information. Let’s hope that they honor the original agreement and allow me to withdraw my full winnings. If so, I will happily remove or amend this review.

False claims about withdraw times and given the run around by support they claim your withdraw will be within minutes but almost 24 hours later and they haven’t even looked at it!
