UPDATE: Thanks so much for getting back to us, and we feel ya buddy. We've been plagued with some live chat issues and it's made things difficult for everyone. All's well now but our inboxes are swimming. We are able to have a look at your account and here's the thing. There's two of them. The first you opened on December 13th of last year and played the free welcome chip. The second you opened on January 7th, played another welcome chip and won on it. The terms and conditions of the casino only allow one account per person/household and one free chip between cash deposits. It made it so the withdrawal request was denied. Sorry to disappoint, really. The first account has been closed by our security department but the 2nd is good to go, you just need to make sure to put even the smallest cash deposit between free chips and you should be golden moving forward. Thanks again for the feedback, it really is good to hear from you. Hopefully this clarifies things a bit. All our best! Greetings Larcharlo, we're sorry to hear you're having issues. We want to help! Please respond to the request for additional information we have filed, it'll allow us to locate your account and assist if we can. We assure you there is no way for anyone but you to cash out on your account, it would be impossible for anyone to benefit from a win but yourself. A "manager withdrawal" is funds being removed from the closed system which can only be done at a managerial level. These funds cannot be cashed by anyone, that is the point. They are only removed in the case where there are funds in the system that are non-cashable for one reason or another, often because the funds in the system are beyond the withdrawal limits of a bonus in play.

UPDATE: Live chat is back up and running but we'll take care of you right here. Thanks for getting back to us Brandon, had a look and it would appear that cancelling and re-requesting the withdrawals put a bit of a glitch in the automated withdrawal system. So now we are on human time. We've submitted the approved withdrawal for priority payment and have requested the pending withdrawal be reviewed for approval as well. You should be seeing that cash soon but as I said humans are now involved so please be more patient than usual. Greetings Brandon, we're sorry to hear you're having issues. We want to help! Please respond to the request for additional information we have filed, it'll allow us to locate your account and assist if we can.

Greetings Frank, we were able to locate and review your account and it seems you were playing on our $105 welcome chip. This chip carries a maximum cashout value of $105. When you fulfilled your playthrough requirement the system automatically removed all non-cashable funds from the system in preparation for withdrawal. I see that a withdrawal request was submitted and it was approved at the maximum cashout value for the chip in play. It was then paid out via Bitcoin shortly after. Check your Bitcoin account, you've got some free cash in there! Hope this clarifies things a bit, and congrats on the win!
