Initially, I loved this site. I deposited a good bit of money, here and there, and had almost instant withdrawals to my crypto wallet. HOWEVER, last week, I won $99 on a free chip. I requested a withdrawal and here it is, a week later, and my request is still not approved. I have reached out to them several times and get different answers almost every time. The last time was this morning and this time they wanted to verify my account info. I gave them all the info they already had and was told it will be another 72 hours for it to be reviewed and that I HAD TO GET BACK TO THEM TO FOLLOW UP. Not to mention this entire week I was supposed to have free spins each day from depositing to my account previously (a promotion they have right now) and I have lost all the free spins because you can’t use coupons when you have an active withdrawal. Almost feels like they intentionally want you to lose the free spins!! I will not be putting my money back into this site again. They can keep the $99. I never got the withdrawal. I ended up canceling and trying again. I waited and waited and still nothing. So I just said forget it and made a few big bet spins to waste the money. Figured I wouldn’t be getting it anyways. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have seen people put they have had instant withdrawal time and no problems but I can't say I have They could be one of the top casinos to play at but the time of withdrawal is BIG PROBLEM. I have 3 withdrawals from here all have been different. One took 4 hours and 24 hours or more on the others. They told me it would deposited in my account once it is verified. You would think it saying approved would mean it's verified especially when you have cashed out two previous times.i could understand if it is my first time withdrawing money.They said it was approved and that I would get paid shortly it's been almost 12 hours and nothing in my account. When I deposit they get my money right away. This is not an instant withdrawal Casino. I have read reviews where they have said they will review it and have it pushed through. If your able to do that and see that 90% of the complaints is withdrawal time. Instead of spending time answering reviews spend the time fixing the problem.
