UPDATE: Greetings Nomad and thanks so much for getting back to us with the necessary information to locate and review your account(s). The free welcome bonus you were playing on at the time of the win has a maximum cashout value of $50, anything above this amount is removed. There are a couple other issues here however, the terms and conditions of the casino state that only one free chip is valid between cash deposits and only one account is allowed per player/household. In this case you have 4 accounts and multiple free chips without a cash deposit aside from the account confirmation deposit ($5) after your win. Unfortunately none of the funds are eligible for withdrawal. The account in question is still open however, the others have been closed due to the above mentioned rule. Perhaps you are attempting to log into one of the other accounts which has been suspended. We hope this clarifies things for you. Your $5 account confirmation deposit is being refunded. Best wishes, -Your Loko Greetings Nomad, we pay 100% of legitimate winnings and never block anyone unless they have violated the rules in an extreme manner. If there is something we can do to assist we are all over it! Best wishes, -Your Loko
