The reports on each project and picks of the month are great and the daily email updates are very helpful. However, we need more reports if possible as they are very irregular.

They should be more active finding small MC crypto projects. They did find a few gems during 2020, but little too much general information about btc and eth moving sideways etc . Otherwise it's great, but there should be more focus on writing reports about 10 bagger projects and sort it by risk and trustworthines. Review of the code , audits and community and social media activity. They should offer monthly subscription payments, think they would get more customers and revenue in total.

I wrote you with 2 VERY solid questions. Never heard back. That might even be worth minus 3 stars. I have freaking evidence PotMs (beyond n=1) are being leaked, yet no answer. Hmmkay, continue as usual then, just ignore... Also rating can be wrong. Take previous Ethereansos for example. Could anyone have bought in at that price? Other than that you guys are great. Yet ignoring leaks, very much not so.

I signed up for the top level 1yr plan on Crypto Briefing's Simetri crypto analysis service. I then went to look at the history of their advice & reports and found that 80% of their predictions never came to pass. May as well just flip a coin and make more profit than listen to these guys. So since there was a 30-day money-back guarantee, I contacted them 4 days ago or so via their website Zendesk asking for a refund. No response. I ended up disputing with my credit card. Credit card said I still need to contact this company to prevent them from billing me again. Luckily I got an email blast from the CEO of Crypto Briefing about some news or whatever, so I replied, and amazingly, my reply went straight to the CEO! He apologized for the failure of the rest of the team and fwd'd my message to someone that finally helped cancel my account. This should not be necessary tho.
