I’m a huge fan of the Evansville (IN) Crumble on Burkhardt Rd, but my most recent visit didn’t live up to their usual standards. I asked an associate for an extra box so I could gift a friend, something I have done before with no problem, but my request was flatly denied this time. Given the simple nature of the request, the refusal was quite unexpected. The associate was completely indifferent and showed no interest in helpng me. The cookies are great, but the rigid experience ruined the whole Crumbl experience.
