Very easy to earn miles on popular sites, top up auctions also handy. Cruises are with major brands and no different from booking with anyone else, 4 stars as support can take a few days to answer but overall best way to cruise cheap

DO NOT TRUST Cruisemiles. I booked the NCL Breakaway June 9, 2013 sailing with CM on 1/4/2012. On or about 3/7/13, I checked in via CM's roll check process. On 3/7/13, CM sent me a confirmation email regarding my roll check and confrimed that Yes, I will be sailing. After repeated requets for documentation regarding this sailing, 9 days prior to the June 9, 2013 sailing, CM stated that they deleted my booking since I did not do the roll check process. That is completely wrong since I did check in and CM sent me a confirmation email. CM will not respond to my emails and customer support is absolutely no help. Cruisemiles is not Trustworthy, thus do not waste your money or time with Cruisemiles.

I have been on 2 cruises now with Cruise Miles over the past 2 years and up to now I have not been able to fault them or Cruisemiles, but this time round it has been horrendous, they will not reply to emails, and if they do, the answers are vague and unhelpful. Cruisers are still waiting for their cruise documents to be issued with less than 3 weeks to go before sailing, leaving little or no time to book reasonable flights & hotels and make other arrangements....Not sure what is going on with them but they are going down hill fast, and will definately need to get their act together if they want to win more awards this year and carry on living the dream.

Just came back from my first cruise booked through Cruisemiles. I honestly saved hundreds of dollars, and could not have paid for one vacation day at a hotel with what I paid for this four night cruise. The Norwegian Sky crew and the whole experience was fantastic. There is good reason that Cruisemiles has won awards for best travel website business! Check it out!

This is the worst service I have received. This company send me wrong roll call info and failed to emailed me correct one. Their system had an error which they comfirmed by sending out an email. I never received my correct roll call after I already did Stage I and II correctly. They would not get me on the cruise even though it was an error on their part. I am talking to other customers that have the same issue with cruisemiles...

Great deals and friendly service even at their busiest time of year they fixed problem

They delete, already confirmed booking, without any notice or explanation. Refuses to answer mails and to try to clear out the mess they create. The only response to mail is rude ones like "don't send any more mails". Keep away!

What a great find. Love Cruise Miles. I first stumble across this fantastic company in 2009 and haven't looked back since. We have had our 2 cruise mile trips already and have another 2 cruises booked. We never hesitate to recommended them both to family and friends or as a matter of fact , to anyone.. Although there are at times some last minute specials, in most cases you are booking at least 12-15 months out. I like this as it gives me ample opportunity to research and possibly extend my trip. If you are reading this and are still unsure, do your research ask questions on the forum and hopefully you will be converted to this new affordable way of travel. You may book every 120 days but can purchase at auction whenever you like. Good Luck & May you have many happy sailings.. Bon Voyage
