Mi sono trovata malissimo poco disponibili e chiari. Se si chiedono chiarimenti ti rispondo "non dobbiamo nessun chiarimento". Una volta pagato non rispondono più. È la prima e ultima volta che mi rivolgo a questa agenzia.

Questa è la seconda recensione che scrivo e non mi fermerò qua'. State attendi a questa società e a tutti quelli che vogliono lavorano in quanto più inutili e incapaci dei loro capi. Vi dicono x come hanno detto a me che hanno la vostra firma digitale ,quando invece non hanno niente e questo lo farò accertare ai miei avvocati. Prenotate direttamente con la compagnia di navigazione lasciate stare questa società

Terrible website. Avoid it. Will offer deals and when you click, hey presto, no such deals available.

It is their responsibility to ensure that the pricing displayed is available for booking on their site. If the pricing does not match, I would suggest contacting the provider directly to express your concern and see if they can offer the price as advertised. Zero assistenza!Pessimi!
Do una stella perché meno non me le fa mettere!Non mi sono trovata male…di più! Ti ingolosiscono con uno sconto sulle assicurazioni (40 €)a scapito di zero assistenza!Non cadete in questi tranelli ma prenotate direttamente con le compagnie di crociera!

Dopo aver pagato la crociera, mi riferiscono che non ci sono posti e per il rimborso mi fanno tante storie e ancora non mi hanno rimborsato, per fortuna ho pagato con PayPal e non mi sono fatto fregare. Da evitare assolutamente

preferibile acquistare direttamente dalle compagnie…
IO dopo una doppia esperienza dico NO, è sempre preferibile acquistare direttamente dalla società (MSC, COSTA ecc ), diversamente qualsiasi problema sarà un vero e grande problema. Parlo da cliente per il passato, periodo covid, per un viaggio di mia figlia ed oggi, come avvocato, per una pratica nella quale la società, nonostante il riaccredito dell'importo per un viaggio annullato per problemi del Navigante, trattiene e non restituisce, con poca cortesia poi da parte del servizio clienti, quando si chiedono chiarimenti . Attenzione quindi al risparmio che fa da specchietto, si rischia molto di più... Io per il futuro solo acquisti diretti con le compagnie
