I booked 5 cruises Three were cancelled without the company telling me They have not refunded me When I complained first they accused me of being a liar and then they blocked me I am suing them p.s anyone want to know i am telling the truth i will forward their e mails Keep away from these people They treated me appallingly They are not cheap for no reason They employ the bottom of the barrel Any questions hit me up i enclose my full details here

Hello, I am happy to help with a resolution to this issue. To be sure I understand, is the main problem that your first cruise of three actually was cancelled by the cruise line, but then #2 and #3 (which you were told had also been cancelled, but actually hadn’t been) were recorded as no-shows by MSC and your fare from those bookings penalized? Please confirm. UPDATE: We have looked into this issue further and discovered that this was in fact an error on our side. We are currently working to make this right and you will be hearing from one of our team members soon in regards to a credit and/or refund. We apologize for falling short on this and do hope that we will have the chance to serve you again in the future.
