I have been using cruise.com for over 7 years never had one issue with them 3 years ago I did group cruise for my husband 50th Birthday Party my Group leader name was Walt he retired before covid hit he was 100 percent awesome, he given me a room party for free for 4 hours because I book 20 cabinets and my cabinet was free we had a wonderful cruise party on Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship not one issue we had all family and friends where please 100 percent. I am going on a Cruise in September this year but I am not using Cruise.com this year I got a better deal directly through Carnival blessing

Booking handled very efficiently and professionally. They got us the best deal available which worked out lower than HAL direct and also their competitors

Work force was absolutely top notch. A few things need improvement i.e.: Buffet breakfast was not hot/warm. Theater entertainment was barely adequate. Bar T.V. had childrens game on screen when adults wanted to watch THE MASTERS GOLF TOURNAMENT (we were told they had to keep kiddies program on until 6 p.m. - in A BAR??). Dining room dinners were very good.

The gal that booked our cruise found us the best deal she could without having to make me look around any further. She explained everything and what options we had. She was sensitive to time issues and made sure we had everything we needed to go. She even managed to confirm an upgrade for us which ended up being priceless. The only hiccup we experienced was that there was a time or two where I didn't get a call back right away when I had a couple of questions. I would have to call a couple of times. Other than that she was very pleasant and very responsive.

There was some confusion, contradictions and misinformatuon concerning onboard credits when conversing with three different agents over a few weeks time period. I still don't know who was at fault; the cruise line or Cruise.com, but in the end, it was rectified by Cruise.com to my great satisfaction.

1. Agent needs to reply with complete detail explanations in timely manner. 2. Requesting to update incorrect name didn't resolve even after 2 to 3 emails asking to update. other than that, very satisfied with the service so far.

I am not live in American continental, so I can't On-Line Check in. Please kindly consider that everyone who booked cruise trip through your company can check in by on-line. I realy appreciate your all staff because they solve problems quickly and kindly.
