Service from Richard Sawyer
This is the second review done for service done by Mr. Sawyer of Cruise.com. A survey was done and completed in May 2015. Mr. Sawyer made sure we understood all answers to our questions, done by phone, to our satisfaction.

Excellent operation.
Cruise.com has always given my wife and me excellent service and prices. We have used them on the vast majority of our cruises. In fact, we have booked all of our cruises through Cruise.com ever since we first contacted them.

I Was Leary, But Now I am Sold!
I originally started searching cruise websites and their reviews after my NCL cruise consultant (finally) told me that, to get the best rates, I should contact a travel agent or cruise website. After reviewing the websites, I decided to take a chance and contact Cruise.com. Richard, the cruise consultant, called me back at my requested time. He was pleasant, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt as though I was talking with a friend. He anticipated my needs and had the answers to all of my questions. He was incredibly patient and freely offered his knowledge to help me and my family save money. I had never booked a cruise from a website before and I was skeptical. Now, I am telling everyone what amazing service I received from Cruise.com and from Richard. Thank you!

excellent assistance and knowlewdge
Heather is definitely one of the best cruise assistants I have ever run across in 56 cruises. At our older age we bounce around for the best deals no more loyalty just best prices......we belong to all the groups, RCI, II, travels clubs (what a waste) and have done cruises with ex sister in law and icruise.com etc my daughter's agency but I really love working with a professional that knows how to listen, search, recommend, and close the deal with amiable split second decisions.....what an experience! I will be using cruise.com and Heather for all my future cruises...Thanks Heather
