Cruise.comReviews of cruise.com

For many years I have used Cruise.com for researching and booking cruises. Sometimes I have done my own booking online without any problems and other times I have chosen to call one of the agents. All of the booking agents I have dealt with as well as the billing agents have provided excellent service with outstanding attitudes. I can mention Bella Royal as one of their finest. The prices are the best, they offer more onboard credit than any other cruise agent I have found, and their instructions and communications are complete and timely. Number 1!

Simple and easy to book. Looking forward it the adventure.

My sales representative could not have been more helpful. She answered all of my questions. Was kind enough to get is two cabins that were close to each other. She volunteered to research my questions & got back with me immediately. It was a positive experience booking with her. I would do it again.

Retired for several years, we have taken many cruise vacations, all 14 days or longer, usually in the Spring and Fall. We do much of the research ourselves, but always work and book with Carley (extension 129) of Cruise.com. She is a delight to work with. She knows what she is doing and does it with ease, with in-depth knowledge of the cruise lines and their promotions, and all with a touch of humor and dignified humanity. The few times we have had to change cruise plans and insurance, she has cancelled and rebooked us seemingly without effort. The result: we cruise In a great cabin, at a good price, benefit from rebates and promotions, and travel when and where we desire. What could be better? We will continue tip book with Cruise.com and Carley for as long as we cruise.

Very reliable, easy to work with travel agency. I probably book 3-4 cruises a year with them. Documents are always righ on target, all info included as promised. I highly recommend them!

great service team.

Very knowledgable but more than that, she has excellent people skills. I was made to feel like I was her only priority and that she personally cared about my needs. Great agent!

What made cruise.com even better for me was their 24/7 phone availability. And customer service was terrific...especially helpful.
