I have booked many cruises with cruise.com and each booking has been handled in an excellent manner. I will continue to book with them and feel that I am getting the best prices at this site as well as service.

Superior service
I've been using Cruise.com for about 15 years. I use Penny Stone, who is always professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. She knows me and treats me well. I have booked as many as 5 cruises with her at one time. My best Penny Stone story is when I was actually on a cruise, working with the cruise line future cruises rep, and we called Penny from the ship to get her help sorting everything out with the 5 cruises!

Valora Conniff at Cruise.com is worth waiting for (f it is her day off when you want to book)
Cruise.com always has best price, knowledgeable employees, is responsive and a pleasure to work with. In particular Valora Conniff knows her stuff completely and is always a help. We have referred many people to her and they are always as pleased as we are.

Excellent Service

Terrific Service
Cruise.com is the one and only place to book your cruise. The staff there is knowledgable, helpful and always friendly. Their prices are more than competetive and we've never regretted using them to book all of our cruises. We'll certainly use them again in the future.

Great service and best deals always
I always book my cruises with cruise.com. They have the best prices and added deals to go along with the service. I know I will be taken care of and have the best price out there. Free gratuities are always a plus for us.
