Absolutely amazing company. This will be my second tent from them. I also own the Crua Tri. Craftsmanship is second to none. Customer service is amazing and their attention to detail is perfect.

I can't give 5 stars because I was told the tent would ship on the 22nd of June but it wasn't shipped until the 29th. Other than that I'm satisfied.

My local dealer changed their in stock status every day. Since my vacation is i a few days i started to worry and contacted Crua by mail. After one hour i called them but no answer. Then this happened: Derek called me back in a few seconds and said he have a missed call from me. I explained the situation and he asked when my vacation started. He then gave me a very honest and sollution oriented reply. I have now placed my order directly from their web page. I have also got an answear to my previous mail confirming that i have contact with Derek on the phone. Teamwork! I will make a youtube video with the uppgraded details of improvements on the Crua Hybrid and maybe the Crua Tri. To be continued.. Best regards /Erik Larsson Sweden
