Though I had a small order from Crua, it came in great shape and just as I was expecting. The customer service is great and very helpful in making suggestions and planning for my next order of more outdoor camping equipment. I believe Crua products are quality products. Although I do not yet own one of their tents, I have seen them, looked them over and been in one and absolutely love them!. They really have something for everyone; from singles to families. I am looking forward to building my Crua camping gear. Thanks Crua! Lisa

Do not order anything from here. I bought white stand because they have it on the photos. The stand came. 75% of the nails and screwS were missing and the stand were black. They said only ” we have wrong photo on the site” thats all. I ordered white and got black.. they are not refunding me nothing!! Outrageous.. do not order

I had an issue with my Koala Hammock . I sent some photos to the costumer service, and within a few hours they let me know to replace the hammock. Which they very quickly did. I give 5 well earned stars to Crua for their excellent after sales service. Now I can hand again in my favorite hammock in my garden.

Crua Tri Tent, best tent ever. R-Value of 9 good down to negative 40 degree farenheit and Hydrostatic head of 5000mm yet breathable. I've camped in some negative 5-10degree farenheit and with a small heater on for an hour before bed stayed warm and cozy all night.

I bought 2 Crua Hybrid/tents and have really enjoyed it. Nothing like going solo or connecting the two to relax with the wife. Also, the quality is fantastic! Cheers, Derek

I purchased the Crua hammock/Tent hybrid, and although I have not tested the tent set up for sleeping, the hammock set up is Awesome! Best nights sleep in a hammock ever. Lots of adjustments to dial in, but once they are it is a great experience. Not really for backpacking (weight), but great for motorcycle living/camping.
