Best costumer service, very polite spatially brother Ibrahiem he made me forever customer for crown travel Jazak Allah kher

Kudos to the Team at Crown Travel for Organizing my Umrah Trip in a very efficient manner, Especially brother Ibrahim. They were very responsive since day 1 and helped me in completing the formality, they were equally transparent about the whole process with an exception that they were able to tell me the hotel details on the very last day, I believe it was not in their hand, excluding this every thing was very excellant. Services in the holy cities. Medinah Accomodation in Medinah was litterly within range of 50-70 foot steps breakfast was excellant Mecca Accomodation in Mecca was in a tower next to the clock tower, in every room there were soud system to hear the voice of Imam of Haram sharif, sometime we used to pray in common paryer area of the hotel with Imam of haram sharif leading the prayer breakfast was not up to the mark here though. About Brother Mairaj. Their Counter part in the KSA were equally helpfull, especially brother Mairaj, he litterally put a lot of efforts in making sure that this holy journey reaches to its completion well, he was available most of the time for any help we needed, I would really like to give my sinceier thanks to brother Mairaj and his team in KSA If Allah SWT calls me again for the UMRAH from here, Crown Travel is going to be my undoubted choice. Would request Team at crown travels for the following. 1. Please provide a badge/ID card to the people doing umrah via your team so that it is easy for your KSA counter part to act accordingly in any unwanted circumstances. 2. Encourage travelers to take the bullet train, instead of Bus between Mecca and Madinah, by the grace of GOD I reached Mecca in 2.5 hours whereas team reached almost in 10 hours ask them to search for haramain bullet train A very deserving 5 STARS to the Crown Travel and Brother Mairaj and his team. May GOD put a lot of baraka in your doings.
