Unpleasant hotel with dingy rooms
Unpleasant hotel with dingy rooms. We were allocated a accessible room even though we did not have a disability. The room was set up for one person (we were a couple) with a light, table and plug socket all on one side of the bed. The other side was pushed against the wall with nothing! The room was noisy, with a joining door to another room that had screeching girls keeping us awake until 2am! That wouldn't be so bad (it was a Saturday night in Leeds and people are allowed to enjoy themselves!) but the door, rather than wall made sure we heard everything. The staff in the bar were very nice, that was probably the only decent thing. The reception staff were unhelpful when we requested to change rooms, fobbing us off. I wouldn't stay there again and I would suggest you find somewhere else to stay unless they are giving it to you for free!
