Wish I could give them a lower score.
Wish I could give them a lower score. First, sent in a Rolex Datejust they made me an offer on that I was trying to sell. When received, they tell me they are not interested due to dial discoloration. No problem, it's 26 years old. The problem was they kept one of my links. Finally reaching someone they tell me, not likely, but we may have made a mistake. Then I received a receiving report they made up that showed the lesser amount of links. Go on, really.....Anyway, after I requested a receiving video, they then offer me $150 for the missing link. Fair price. What if I didn't know or press the issue??? Next, I tried to purchase a Rolex Explorer. No communication so I missed the $500 sale. Gee thanks. Then, after bargaining with them a bit I tried to buy a Rolex OP 34MM. Guess what.....they changed the price of it by an increase of $700, while it was in my shopping cart. Guess their bargaining wasn't going to cost them after all. Yor may be asking why did I persist?????? Ah, the power of an In House Store Credit which was a whole other horror story. You do business with this company successfully, you have a high likelihood of being struck by lightning. Good luck.
