CrowdmadeReviews of crowdmade.com

Shirt arrived with what appeared to be a defect. Service team was helpful in resolving the issue. It looked like it had a stain and their recommendation to see how it looked after an initial wash was the right call.

I ordered a YouTuber's product through Crowdmade, and I'm located in a different country. The reported expected time was 3 weeks at most, but after a month I hadn't recieved it. I had used parsel tracking, and according to the service my package had been stopped at their border. I reached out, and they "re-shipped it" (?), and a few days later it arrived. I'm pretty sure Crowdmade's ticket didn't actually affect the arrival time, but their communication was still appreciated. 4 stars because their response times and detail was great, and everything I'd ordered arrived intact and with reported quality from the digital storefront, but they lose a star from me because their international ETA seems to be untrustworthy.

I had some issues with my package but Julio from their customer service was really great and very helpful. Very quick response also. They are really sweet so i’m happy.

they were very speedy with responses and delivered the product expertly.

Easy to order and was given the option to cancel. Happy to support my favorite YouTuber.

The stickers I ordered look great! This review would be five stars except that my sticker sheets arrived with several bends in them because there was nothing to give them a bit LESS flexibility during transit.

-Excellent customer support -Fast shipping -Quality mostly good First I got sent the wrong shirt. But after contacting the customer support I got offerd to keep the wrong shirt and that the ringt one gets sent out imedeatly. They where generally very friendly. The shipping took for both shirts about a week although I live in the middle of Europe. Like some other revievers where it seemingly took forever? Anyways... The shirts seem to have a good Quality and the prints are decent. On the second shirt I noticed some imperfections where one color flowed ower another where it clearly shouldn't. And some loose threds under another print. Nothing spectacular but worth mentioning. Therefore my conclusion are 4/5 Stars.

Great company, great products. I bought a hoodie a while back and it’s still in great condition.
