Had a weird defect occur with a sweatshirt I had purchased back in March. I didn't believe there was anything that could be done about it, but wanted to report it so that the manufacturing team was aware. I was fully expecting to repair the sweatshirt myself as I didn't want to toss it, but Julio was able to get a replacement sweatshirt sent to me. Seriously beyond grateful for the customer service I received!

I had a tricky checkout glitch where my browser timed out right as I tried purchasing during a presale. I was worried I had lost my chance, but Julio from Crowdmade provided the most patient, dedicated, and helpful support I have ever experienced! For weeks, he helped me investigate the issue, double-checking every detail alongside me. I have had two issues with shipping in the past (USPS issues both times) and Crowdmade has made fixing any issues extremely easy. All it took was a quick email, and they made everything right (within hours of my emails being sent). There are not a lot of places I would leave a review for, but these guys do an amazing job consistently.

I bought some Steve Wallis merchandise from Crowdmade and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the items. The after sales service I received was brilliant, responding very quickly to any queries. Julio and the customer service team were polite, patient and very attentive. Honestly customer service was excellent. I had made a mistake on my order with the sizing, and after I requested a return they were happy to correct the size and help me with my order. My contact point, Julio was wonderful as well.
