Horrível, pedi meu produto no dia 04/01/2026 e até agora não chegou, pedi por um reembolso mas se recusaram a me dar, gastei meu dinheiro para nada!

Once I received the product, I realized it didn't fit my space and didn't want it. They refused to give me a refund. They also through sheer incompetence sent me two of this product on different days. The customer service person gave me the run around when I asked to return both items and get a refund and wasted my time. So now I'm out $40 and stuck with two items I can't use.

Terrible experience customers support was helpful in telling me I was SOL so at least you won't get the run around if the package is mark delivered but never came.

I ordered my grandson items for Christmas, on August 24, 2024. It is now Dec. 6, 2024. Unable to call (fake number). I have emailed multiple times and I received an answer twice of it was in customs. Well it’s been 4 weeks since I was told that. I DIDN’T ORDER A SACK OF COCAINE. I FEEL IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMNED SHAME thought the earlier I ordered I was more likely to get in time. My grandson has ordered from this site and gotten his merchandise.

I ordered a sweater, it took almost a month to arrive and I had to pay $50 dollars to accept the package. This is after the $110 the sweater itself cost. The sweater was also in poor condition, with loose threads throughout. I'm never ordering through crowdmade again, it was just a terrible experience overall.

Paid a lot of money for shipping costs. Once send by Crowdmade, the package is being held at customs because additional fees need to be paid, that Crowdmade has never informed us about. If i knew this, i would never ever ordered!! Thanks a lot Crowdmade by forcing this extra amount on us! You as a company, can simply set this up on your website so that the customer doesn't face even more surprises and costs afterwards! I recommand not ordering here and wasting your money!

How can you push me for a rating when I haven't even received anything? Quality might be great, might be garbage. How would I know yet? The email stating it has shipped was worthless, providing no info on delivery time or tracking info or anything. I can't imagine you'd want to be honestly rated for that.

I placed my order on the May 28, it is now June 10th and there still is no tracking information. When I click tracking it shows USPS Still awaiting Package. It doesn't take 3 weeks to ship a package from California. If my order hasn't been delivered by the 12th of June, I will cancel my order.
