Ordered an X-Large hoodie for my brother. They sent a medium. Upon telling them, they stated they do not do return shipping and that I would have to pay for it. So for their mistake I was to pay to fix it. Don't use them. Find someone else.

Would gladly rate this 0 stars if I could. They held my money hostage for 2 months and gave me bullsh*t excuses the entire time about how it wasn't their fault my item hadn't shipped by someone with the professionalism of a 16 year old valley girl that "like totally understood" my frustration. Money was finally refunded against my wishes as I just wanted my overpriced hoodie for my child.

Ordered a Simply Nailogical hoodie 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. There’s no way to call them and their website just runs you in circles. I tried to contact them through their Facebook page and found nothing but negative reviews that they are a scam. Wish I saw it first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will lose your money and never hear from them. Report them to the YouTuber they are scamming as well and the Better Business Bureau and Yelp too if you’ve been scammed like I have.

Order was made 4th of May 2019. It is now the 26th of July. Nearly 3 months on still no item. I made a query and apparently it was reprinted. 3 weeks since, I have yet to receive confirmation of item being shipped since being told it was reprinted. Crowdmade is a SCAM?! Paid almost $60 Australian for their shirt. Worst online transaction ever.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be waiting for months and hard to contact them. If you do order from them prepare to wait a very very long time. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

We ordered from them expecting to get the shirt within 7-10 business days because that is what is said when we ordered it. After about a month we did a bunch of stuff to try to get a refund and still received nothing. Finally after 5 MONTHS OF WAITING we got the shirt. So do not order from them because they will not respond if you ask them questions about there order
