I placed an order which was being shipped from the US to the UK. Tracking showed the item got to Germany before being returned to sender. Crowdmade would only refund the product cost, not the shipping cost, so I'm out of pocket due to no fault of my own. Poor customer service, not especially helpful at all. I would not buy from them again.

I ordered shirts from them, got a confirmation, but never any tracking information. After several weeks of radio silence and no delivery, I contacted their support desk. They offered a refund for the product, but refuse to refund shipping costs. Mind you, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, so most likely they didn't even ship the item (it was a limited supply, so probably just out of stock). Yet they choose to keep my money. This is a scam, will not order again.

I placed my order in February, got a tracking number from the "your order has shipped" email. However, tracking info never got past "USPS is awaiting receipt of your item", which tells me the shipping label got printed, but nobody actually shipped anything. I gave it a few weeks, no updates or changes to this. Then I submitted a request for information about when my order would actually ship, and I was told that it had been shipped (which tracking did not show) and that it would have to be re-printed. Now that was over a week ago and I still see no evidence of anything having shipped and I'm contemplating a refund at this point. Over a month and I have yet to see any evidence that the product I ordered even exists.

I ordered a pricey hoodie in December 2022, but after weeks of tracking showing only 'label created,' the updates stopped altogether. Despite attempting to contact their customer service multiple times, I received no resolution. As of today, I'm still awaiting either the hoodie or a refund. It's disappointing to encounter such lack of accountability. It's unfortunate that there's no alternative means to review their service, making it difficult to warn others about potential issues.

Item has not shipped 5 days after being marked ready for shipment

Unfortunately, what I ordered was never delivered. Tracking the package still shows it was received in Orlando on 12/10/23 so it’s likely lost in the mail. When I contacted Crowdmade, the response was polite, but no effort was put forth to resolve this issue, whether it be a refund, a new order, or a redirect of who else to contact. I understand that they don’t have any control of shipping once the transaction is complete. This just left me disappointed, as the stickers were stocking stuffers.

Ordered a small item trying to support Camping with Steve. Order placed Aug 11 2023. Never arrived. Emailed customer service. They resent the order. Same thing Made it to somewhere in Eastern Canada then stopped / disappeared, tracking ended on DHL. It is now Dec 4 2023. Still not received my item (beer coolie). Crowdmade has yet to correct the issue. Does not seem like it should be a hard thing to ship out.

Jeg bestilte en særlig bamse 14/10. Nu er det 11/11 og vi har ikke fået varen. Jeg har fået en ordrebekræftelse lige efter. Men ellers er der ikke sket noget. Jeg ville IKKE bruge dette firma, det er for risikabelt.
