Amazing product and integration support. Robin is the best. We tried working with two other onramps in the past and Crossmint is the only one that actually worked.

We integrated Crossmint's email custodial wallets for the Immortality Nation membership platform. When we hit a complex signer/permissions issue on a legacy vault, developer support especially Guille stayed engaged with us until we mapped out the correct architecture. Moving to a transaction-bound approval flow and upgrading our client SDK solved the block. Our member was able to complete the browser OTP flow, and the badge successfully transferred to self-custody with a zero-balance vault. The developer documentation is solid, the product is highly effective for non-crypto onboarding, and their team was genuinely helpful when production timelines mattered. Highly recommended for teams building custodial-to-self-custody pipelines. Muzamil Imam (ShuMuz Labs)

Customer service successfully recovered my NFTs which were originally purchased on the platform but got erroneously transferred to an incorrect wallet destination at purchase, customer service was able to move the purchase into my personal custodial wallet in the back-end after a glitch occurred on the initial front-end.
